We provide school tuition, scholarship and entrance coaching, competitive-exam preparation, open-schooling (NIOS) support, private-degree guidance and study-abroad assistance. Course content, batches and timings may be updated from time to time.
2. Enrolment & eligibility
Enrolment is confirmed on completion of the admission process and payment of applicable fees. Specific course details, fees and schedules are set out in your enrolment agreement at the time of admission.

Fees, payment schedules and any concessions are as stated in your enrolment agreement. Please see our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
4. Student & parent responsibilities
- Attend classes regularly and follow the code of conduct
- Treat staff and fellow students with respect
- Keep login details for online classes private and not share class recordings or materials
5. Results & outcomes
We are committed to quality teaching, mentoring and exam preparation. However, selection, ranks and results in any external exam (board, PSC, SSC, bank, Navodaya, Sainik, NIOS, etc.) are decided solely by the respective official bodies. We do not and cannot guarantee selection, marks or admission.
6. Intellectual property
All study materials, notes, recordings, branding and website content are the property of Veda Topper International and are provided for your personal learning only. They may not be copied, resold or redistributed without our written permission.
7. Limitation of liability
We provide our services in good faith and to the best of our ability. To the extent permitted by law, Veda Topper International is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services.

9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Thrissur, Kerala.
