Staff conduct & zero tolerance

All our mentors and staff are expected to follow a clear code of conduct built on respect, professionalism and care. We have a zero-tolerance approach to any form of abuse, harassment, bullying, discrimination or inappropriate behaviour towards a student.

Safe online & NRI classes

• Online classes are conducted on monitored, reputable platforms
• Sessions are structured and supervised — no inappropriate unsupervised one-to-one contact
• Parents are kept informed and can stay involved in their child’s online learning
