Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair terms for fees and cancellations.

We want every family to feel confident enrolling with Veda Topper International. This page explains, in general terms, how refunds and cancellations work. The exact figures and timelines that apply to you are confirmed in your enrolment agreement at the time of admission.

Registration / admission fee

Registration and admission fees cover processing and onboarding and are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

Course / tuition fee

  • If you cancel before classes begin, tuition fees are refundable as per the window stated in your enrolment agreement (a small administrative charge may apply).
  • Once classes have started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion, less any materials already provided and classes already attended.
  • Refunds are not available for completed courses, attended classes, or downloaded/used study materials.

How to request a refund

Submit your request in writing to vedatopper@gmail.com or in person at our office, with your name, course and reason. Our team will review and respond promptly.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period (typically a few working days to a couple of weeks, depending on your bank).

Fair-discretion & disputes

In genuine cases (medical or family emergencies), management may exercise fair discretion. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction at Thrissur, Kerala.

The specific refund window, administrative charges and pro-rata terms applicable to your enrolment are set out in your enrolment agreement. Please confirm them with our office before enrolling.
